CANCELATIONS:
Should your reservation need to be cancelled by us through no fault of your own (flood, fire, natural disaster, etc.) your reservation may be refunded in full or it may be transferred to another available date(s) of your choice.
Cancellations made by guest(s) within 90 days or less are non-refundable.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Check in: 2pm. Check Out: 11am.
- Early check in and late check out available upon request.
- Check in is “self check in”. Prior to your arrival you will be provided a door code that will allow you access.
- The Lily Lemon Retreat is not liable for any loss, damage or claims resulting for any reason whatsoever for any events outside of our control including, but not limited to, theft, loss of power, utilities, service interruptions (internet), etc,
- Wait List: If the date(s) you want are already reserved, call us directly so we can add your name to our wait list. If that date opens up you will have the first chance to book.
PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of $900.00 is due to secure your reservation. The balance is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. If there remains a balance within two weeks of arrival, the reservation may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
